Where we ship

We ship worldwide — wherever you are, we can get your fragrance to you.

Shipping cost

We keep it simple: one flat rate of $40 USD to every destination worldwide. That’s fully tracked express delivery, with no hidden fees and no surprises at checkout. From time to time we run promotions that include free or discounted shipping; any such discount is applied automatically and shown at checkout.

Couriers & tracking

All orders are sent with FedEx or DHL — two of the world’s most trusted couriers — so every parcel is safe, reliable, and fully tracked from our door to yours. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 3–5 days with our express shipping method once your order has been dispatched. We prepare and send your order as quickly as we can after your payment is confirmed.

Customs, duties & import taxes

For international deliveries, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in the product price or the $40 shipping fee.

Delays

We and our couriers do everything possible to deliver on time, but all delivery times are estimates. We can’t be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
